Brief Answer:
There is no need for surgery

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and i do not think that you need to go for surgery. Following are indication of surgery in meniscus tear.
1.Locking
2.Instability
3.Tear after trauma
You do not have these symptoms. Your MRI report is suggesting that your tear are not following trauma but degenerative. These tear heals well with out surgery. I advise you following.
1.Avoid squatting, siting cross leg.
2.Continue physiotherapy
3.Glucasamine has no role in meniscus healing, so can be stopped.
I hope this answer will be helpful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
