Suggest Treatment For Lumps Under The Penis Shaft

Question: My penis shaft skin has what feel like a water ballon on its underside. It is fairly large and appeared very suddenly after a hard extended masterbation period. The fluid area is not painfull and is not located on the testicles but the shaft skin. On the penis underside. Shoul I go the the doctor now or can it wait till morning?

You have developed what is called as Paraphimosis.

Though you do not have any symptoms now neglecting it may cause a constricting ring to develop within a day or two which may result into tightening of glans penis and which may further get complicated into gangrene of glans penis .
