Suggest Treatment For Lump On Underarms

Question: hello how are you I am concerned because I felt like two months ago a lump on my left underarm and it does not goes away it is small like a pea, but I also feel pain in my left breast more like when Iam about to have my period but comes and goes all the time and it gets worse during my period, this is only in my left breast not the right one,
please what could this be, iam really concern.

Palpable lumps in the armpit can indicate enlarged lymph nodes. If there is also breast pain on the same side, it is very probable that the reason of enlarged lymph nodes lies in this breast. As the breast is painful, some kind of benign issues like cysts (most common) can be the reason.
I suggest you to do not wait with it any longer. Please consult your doctor. Armpit and breast ultrasound should be done at first. In case of cyst presence, biopsy should be done to evacuate the fluid.
