Can be due to dental infection, inflamation.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for consulting healthcare magic
Read your query as you have tiny lump on roof of mouth it can be due to trauma (inflammation of gum) or due to dental infection soft lump could be due to infection in your teeth causing small collection of pus ( Periapical or Periodontal abscess ) in your roof of mouth ( palate) .
For this I will suggest you to maintain proper oral hygiene .
Use chlorhexidine mouthwash regularly.
Do warm saline rinses two - three times a day .
You can apply ointment like gum paint (stolin) on lump that helps in reducing inflammation of gums .
You can do these remedies and if swelling (lump ) persists then consult oral surgeon for visual examination and investigations IOPA XRAY radiograph of region of tiny lump to rule out cause of infection.
If possible upload image of lesion.
Please don't worry once your teeth and gums are taken care , lump will go and not reoccur .
Hope I have answered your query .
If you have further query I will be happy to help.

Abscess (pus formation) , sinus opening
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome again
I have seen reports images you have attached as far as I have observed your posterior teeth has filling (restoration ) and swelling is there in gums in respect to restored teeth , there is nothing serious but you should be concerned about swelling and lump as it look like sinus opening .
For this I will suggest you to consult good oral surgeon ( dentist ) as soon as possible for visual examination and go for investigations IOPA x ray of region of lump as swelling might be due to pus formation (periapical or periodontal abscess) .
Investigations x-ray will be more helpful to rule out cause of swelling and its treatment.
Hope I have answered your query.
If you have further query I will be happy to help.
Root canal treatment , Oral prophylaxis

Hello XXXX ,
Welcome again ,
Read your query yes you can wait till next week and there is nothing serious this is curable , if your IOPA xray reveals Abscess (pus) formation at root tip of restored tooth then Root canal treatment can be done or if radiograph reveals Abscess (pus) formation in gums then oral prohylaxis (scaling ) can be done in treatment .
So there is nothing to be worried so much Cindykent but you should consult Oral surgeon next week for clinical examination and it treatment.
Hope I have answered your query .
