Brief Answer:
Don't worry so much

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.

I understand your concern about your issue, but if your doctor has confirmed with examination that your breast lump is cyst, is still moving and is painless they are benign and have relation with menstrual cycle..
Breast cysts don't require treatment unless a cyst is large and painful or otherwise uncomfortable.
In that case, draining the fluid from a breast cyst can ease your symptoms.
It can serve as treatment and diagnostic method . XXXXXXX college of Radiology for woman younger than 30 years of age, US findings probably benign.
Next examination to perform is US breast short interval follow-up.
But this vary from your family history about breast cancer and period of your cycle .

Don't worry so much but make a follow-up examination to be calm.

All the best
