Hello mostly this history is consistent with a dialated anal vein or a hemorrhoid in simple words.

In order to help you better , I would like you to give me some more information,

I will here by ask you some relevant questions to fill up the information gap.

1) Do you have any history of constipation or hard stools?
2) How often do you get engaged in anal sex?
3) Does the swelling pain?
4) have tour partner seen the lump? Can you describe its appearance?
5) Is it hard or soft squeezable?
6) does it disappear after some time post sexual activity?

Brief Answer:
You better get a checkup

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing back,
Most probably this is a dilated hemmorhoidal vein which got dilated because of the constipation you had 3 years back and dilation got worsened by pressure of anal sex on the veins.

I would suggest you to avoid anal sex for know and contact a GENERAL SURGEON just for the sake of check up and examination... At this stage i dont think you will need any intervention but simple medication but you need to get it checked up to get a confirmed diagnosis of what it is.

Till then apply tronolene or xylocain hemorhoidal gel at it .,it will save it from pain and infection.

I Hope this answers your question, if your have more queries feel free to ask, otherwise close the discussion and rate it. Wish you the best of health.
