Suggest Treatment For Lump Near Anus

default
Posted on Mon, 25 May 2015
Question: I have a small flesh colored lump just on my anal ring, I first noticed 4 days ago, maybe a week. It doesn't hurt or irritate me in anyway besides the fact it's there. It's soft and it's the only one down there front and back. I'm really scared it's an genital wart but I can't go to the doctors for another 2 days to get it checked out because the GP's aren't open until Tuesday. Can anyone tell me what they think it is? I'm 21, 22 next week and female.

Brief Answer:
detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query and understand that your are concerned about it.

Considering the fact that your don't have any symptoms at all,it might be a normal skin tag.
A genital wart is another option that need to be excluded.
It is very difficult to say it for sure only with the picture you have provided.A close physical examination is necessary.
It doesn't seem to be of concern but a physical examination is necessary for the diagnosis.
Waiting few days or weeks ,won't make any difference ,so you can wait until you can see your doctor.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you have any question.

Kind regards,
Dr.Rovena Murati
