Suggest Treatment For Lump Like Pimples In Armpit
Question: I keep getting lump like pimples in my armpits. The are painless. When squeezed a white powder like pus comes out. These bumps are on both armpits and after many months have not gone away. What could this be?

I prescribe Antibiotic like Clindamycin capsule along with anti inflammatory tablet to my patients with similar complaints. I prescribe this treatment for 3 months.If recurrence is reported,I will excise the affected area surgically.
These lesions occur where there are sweat glands.
Please consult a surgeon,get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
Recetly,Laser therapy has been found useful.
