Question: Hey what are these lumps in the heel of my foot? Only visible when applying pressure to the heel skin

They look like Multiple abscesses.

Hi
I saw the pic.

They look like multiple abscesses as they are white creamy in colour and surrounding redness. They will be painful and associated with fever sometimes.
It have have occurred due to trivial injury to the foot.

Another possibility is Multiple small Lipomas, where there are no signs of inflammation like pain and redness.

Please consult your surgeon, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.

If they are multiple abscesses, they should be drained. If Lipoma is diagnosed, they should be excised.
