Brief Answer:
Hello dear. Biopsy is advised.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. In most of th cases , schwannoma are benign tumors and do not recur. However, they may change to othe form of aggressive tumors rarely.
Hence i will advise you a biopsy and to examine the lump under microscope.
It may be unrelated to schwannoma and some other minor disease process, so please do not worry.
