Suggest Treatment For Lump Behind The Earlobe With Severe Back Pain And Night Sweats

Question: Hi i am a 28 year old female. I have found a small pea size moveable lump behind my right ear lope right in the crease. I have also another one right behind my right ear but closer to the hairline but this one has shrunk in size. I have also found another one on the left side right below my ear lope behind my jaw. Other symptoms include night sweats ( had them for 6 months now alao on antidepressant, back pain (not to bad), I have seen 2 doctors one said nothing to worry about the othter had me take a blood test and chest x-ray both came back normal. I am still very worried should i be? Is this sound like lymphoma?

Thanks for your query.

The lymph nodes are too small to be worrisome. They are more like normal nodes. The night sweats are also long standing and unrelated to this. Anyway, even in lymphoma, night sweats are seen in advanced disease, with usually large nodes.

So, overall I feel possibility of lymphoma is extremely low.
