Brief Answer:
steam inhalation, syrup benadryl

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome
I have gone through your query and picture.

Lump in back of tongue, It is probably not serious. We have bumps on the back of our tongues called papilla. This is probably just an enlarged papilla.
Since when you have noticed this swelling?
Is it associated with pain?
Has it increased in size?

I would recommend observation of the lump.

Regarding cough
Since how many days you have this?
Do you have fever? Sore throat? Cold?

Presently I would also suggest steam inhalation thrice daily with Karvol plus nasocaps. For the cough, you can take Syrup Benadryl 10ml at night for 3 nights. Drink plenty of warm water. Presently i would not suggest you for antibiotics.
I feel with this measures your symptom should subside by week.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you.
Take care.
