Brief Answer: Musculo-Skeletal pain. Detailed Answer: Hello.Delighted to be able to help. Although it appears that your pain is not related to lung pathology or with heart pathology, you should go to your doctor for examination. If heart and lung pathology are discarded, musculo-skeletal pain is the most likely diagnosis. To treat musculo-skeletal pain, anti-inflammatory drugs (aceclofenac, naproxen, diclofenac) are more effective than Paracetamol. Diclofenac 50 mg thrice a day is widely used in the treatment of musculo-skeletal pain. Please consult your doctor for a prescription. I Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.If you do not have any clarifications, please don’t forget to evaluate my answer.I wish you good health.
