Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain

Question: hi doc, I am having lower back pain while sleeping, since last 9 months after I left gym. while I feel ok during day time when I sit. I ignored the pain then. yesterday when I went to get it checked as I was feeling a bit more pain these days.doc told me that I have stiffness in lower back and on getting the xray done.he told I have straighting in lumbar spine. please find attached doc consultation , I will attach the xray report tomorrow. can ypu please advice on the same how serious this could be. thanks

Brief Answer: It is not serious. Detailed Answer: Hi, Thank you for posting your query. First of all, I would like to reassure you that your current symptoms and X-ray findings are not serious and there is no need to worry about them. As of now, the treatment would be mainly with physiotherapy, such as IFT/ultrasound and back extension exercises. Pain relief medications may also be used. This could include diclofenac or ibuprofen tablets. Please attach the doctor's prescription and X-ray reports. I hope my answer helps.
