Brief Answer:
Supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Low back pain at age of 20 worsened by coitus is likely due to coitus related postural muscle spasms. It could be referred pain from genitourinary tract infections common in sexually active ladies. I would like you to run some urine examination tests, infections and STDs panel, a x ray of lower back and some tylenol with some muscle relaxant like skelaxin for a few days along with rest and posture rehab. Reducing coital frequency to once a week, avoiding prolonged sitting, use back support for sitting, avoid bending, stooping or lifting heavy weights and see if it helps.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
