Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain

Question: I am having lower back pain since last few years. I travel approx 100 km every day for last 15 years for work and this has affected my back as I sit in the car for 4 hours everyday .have shown myself to orthodocs & nothing much has come out of it. I have taken calcium suppliments , taken rest for few days but the pain comes back. Pl advice

I have gone through your question,in my opinion you are suffering from spondylosis and you can go for x ray DL spine lat view,till than you can take muscle relaxant like thiocolchicoside along with pain killer like aceclofanac and do physiotherapy under the supervision of physiotherapist and you will get relief.
