Brief Answer:
LMP please.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

The first cardinal symptom of early pregnancy is missing a period. It is not clear from your history whether you have missed your period or not. All other cardinal symptoms of early pregnancy appear about 8-10 days after missing period. They are:

1. Nausea & vomiting with pica
2. Frequent urination
3. Breast symptoms: Engorgement with tenderness, dark discolouration of
nipples and Areola with widening of Areola, tubercles under Arcola and secretions from nipples.

Your history does not mention any of these. Abdominal pain and headache are not the symptoms of pregnancy.

If you inform me about the date of your last menstrual period, I can advise you further.

I believe 12 dpiui refers to 12 days post intrauterine insemination.

Since symptomatically you cannot clinch diagnosis of pregnancy so early, you will have to rely on some test. Beta hCG test gives reliable results 10 days after conception. You may opt for this test. Values more than 25 mIU/ml are diagnostic of pregnancy.

Please provide me your menstrual details to carry on further discussion scientifically.

For any more advice or information, I am always available for you.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

Considering your LMP, now your menses are delayed by more than 7 weeks. So, the diagnosis of pregnancy can be reached by:

1. Intravaginal clinical examination by a Gynaecologist.

2. Pregnancy test on overnight first morning urine sample.

3. Ultrasonography will give direct visual evidence. You may upload the images and reports of ultrasonography for my review.

If you want any more information or advice, please feel free to ask me any hour. You may consider posting a good review with 5 stars for me, XXXX.
