Brief Answer:
need to investigate

Detailed Answer:
Dear,
Welcome to HCM.
We can understand the distress that you must be through.

I may need to evaluate further into your problem by asking few questions. It can also help me to have a clearer clinical picture of your condition.

My questions to you are
Is there a pain even while standing for prolonged?
If you sleep with bending your body at the hip joint, does the pain change?
Do you feel more comfortable in semi reclined state? e.g Sleeping on an armchair, etc
Do you feel pain when bending forward?

Additionally, was there any history of fall over back, or injury?

I am suspecting a lower back vertebral condition. Spinal muscle spasm, Intervertebral disc, vertebral fusion. inflammation of spine, etc.

My suggestion to you are..
An Xray lumbar spine in lateral and AP view. It can help us to study spine.
Any oral analgesic and muscle relaxant that is available in market as over the counter drug for three days twice a day.
I suggest keeping pillow in-between you knee or keeping it below your knee, while sleeping can give you some relief.

Kindly revert back with information and if any queries.

Regards,
Dr Pankaj
