Question: Hello,
I have sharp lower right abdomen pain when I laugh. Other that that I had a cyct in my right over recently and it had been checked every period time. This month ı have passed my period, it was like a brown -black sports and lasted for more than 10 days. At first it was examined by a sergion for a appendix but it was not. I used antibiotics though. But no help. then it was two ultrasound examines for upper and lower abdomen .nothing found. Then a tomograpy for upper ad lower abdomen.Nothing found. Then it was a colonoscoy for chrohn disease but nothing helped.
I do still have sharp pain in my lower abdomen when I laugh and I still have spots between my periods and I'm not pregnant.
Please help me...

Hello,
I have uploded a ultrasound report . It was written in turkish and I tried to translate it to english.My gynecologist was cheking every period time for the cyst. and he was planing to take it via operation if it was not get smaller. Last us does not mention about the right overian cyst. I am very confused.

The righ pain still exist.

Hello

Ovarian cyst is causing pain. Left ovarian cyst is little bigger in size and hence causing pain.

You experience pain on right side probably due to pulling of uterus and muscles towards left due to cyst. In report it is written that uterus shows anteflex to left and prominent vasculature on right. This is reason for pain. You need to get surgery to remove this cyst if it does not go away on its own.
