Brief Answer:
Sperm production

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

Are you wanting to increase your sperm count to increase chances of conceiving a baby?

The main recommendation that fertility doctors advise for increasing fertility is to not masturbate for 3 days prior to the woman's most fertile days (mid cycle). This will allow for the maximum amount of sperm. Increased masturbation and sex depletes the sperm count.

Also take measures to increase your overall health. Regular, adequate sleep and good general nutrition are helpful. Keeping stress under control is important too as stress can alter the hormones needed to produce sperm. Women have similar problems with stress sometimes interfering with their fertility hormones. Regular exercise is helpful too.

Absolutely no cigarette smoking. And marijuana smoking can have a negative effect too. Also, limit the amount of alcohol intake as this can decrease testosterone, and testosterone is needed to produce adequate sperm.

Maintaining a healthy weight may be important. Overweight men have a higher chance of poorer sperm count and motility.

Another thing to consider is that tight pants can increase heat in the scrotum and pose a risk of lowering the sperm count. In fact anything that increases scrotal temperature can be a problem. This includes sitting for long periods, saunas and long hot baths, and even lap top computers on one's lap.

Certain lubricants, used during intercourse, decrease the ability to fertilize an egg.

Avoid toxins such as exposure to pesticides. And avoid STDs as that can interfere with sperm production.

I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information or clarification.
