Brief Answer:
Age related performance issue,

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Sperm count may decline with age and is natural age related phenomenon and at age of 56 slight decline is not worrisome. Also the amount is hardly 2 to 3 ml only and the thickness and concentration varies and reduces to thin semen with both age related factors as well as frequency related . Ejaculate earlier than 4 to 6 days is thin as it takes 4 days for one batch of ejaculate to complete in adults and that time frame increases in elferly.

Also loss of sensation in penis is an early sign of performance issue and erectile dysfunction. You may need sex therapy and work up to sort out any organic cause for this ED and then managed accordingly.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
