Suggest Treatment For Low Libido And Erectile Dysfunction

Question: What can I do for a Dr. to take my Low libido/ Erectile dysfunction issues seriously?

I'm a 28 year old male that has been suffering with Low libido/ Erectile for about 8 years.

I've sought medical help 3 times over the last 8 years and each time my case is never taken seriously. I'm always told that i'm to young for this issue. Also, my blood test always say that I have above normal testosterone levels (well over 1100). Once this is seen, no further action is ever taken.

Well this is an extremely serious issue for me because sex is essential in a relationship. especially at my age. I've lost all of my previous relationships due to this issue and about to lose my current and this is mentally distressing.

A little details about my issue. At the age of 20, i slowly lost the desire to have sex. I still could get an erection without an issue at this point but noticed I had to wait at least 48 hours before ejaculating again. By 23, my desire became really low. I no longer fantasized, no longer had morning / nighttime erections. I still didn't have trouble performing if i absolutely had to (i just didn't really want to). By 23/24 I couldn't, maintain an erection during sex long enough to ejaculate 50% of the time and the time frame between ejaculated lengthen to almost a week!. By 25, I could i couldn't get an erection 50% of the time without intense stimulation. By 26-27 i couldnt get an erection 80% of the time. Now (at 28) I believe i'm functioning as an 80 year old. I hardly fantasize about it, never get night or daytime erections, hardly ever masturbate.

I've been given samples of cialis in the past. While it doesn't increase my desire, at least i'm capable of satisfying my partner. But I cannot get a doctor to take my case serious enough to prescribe this or take my case further.

I'm not stressed out about anything. Especially 8 years of stress. I have a great supporting family, 6 figure job, great friends and a testosterone level that only steroids give.

I always read that hypertension is often a cause of ed (which i have) but this is never even considered. My testosterone levels are abnormally high. so high that im often accused of steriod use. Could I have a hormonal issue causing to much hormones to be released. Why isnt this ever considered?

Why am I not being takes seriously! What can I do? I'm about to just give up on relationships. (at least until i'm 50 when its okay to have ed). How can I get a Dr to prescribe viagra/cialis to at least help me get by and maintain a relationship!!! Please help.

Brief Answer:
Fenugreek, cialis.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to the forum.
I went through your detailed history to note that things are not going on well.
I also went through your discussion with endocrinologist Dr XXXXXXX
I also feel that the concerns addressed like testosterone resistance , enzyme deficiency are possible but usually they present as inter-sex state.
Such issues are very complex and can be answered only in forum, as Dr XXXXXXX had rightly mentioned.
So, I would like to address certain specific issues.
1. Your testosterone level is good and hence the need to replace testosterone is not needed. I look at it that way---
2. Fenugreek extract is known to improve libido and you may try taking that as a oral medicine( Desire to have sex- libido decreases with age but cant be this bad!).
3. If erection enhancing medicines work, like CIALIS, that's good. Speak to your doctor on this issue DIRECTLY and get regular dosage of cialis.
Hope i am clear,
Kindly write back for doubts if any,
Sincerely
