Brief Answer:
if it's influenza 3-5 days probably

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

your symptoms sound like influenza although more serious diagnoses cannot be excluded. If it is influenza ("the flu") then the common duration is between 3 and 5 days. The best thing you can do is to visit your doctor, who will be able to exclude more serious conditions like pneumonia.
If it is influenza then treatment with antivirals is recommended. If there are signs of a bacterial infection (from clinical examination or lab testing) then antibiotics might be needed.

I hope I've helped!
If you'd like me to clarify anything, please let me know and I'll be glad to do it.

Kind Regards!
