Brief Answer:
Most likely Iron deficiency anemia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking Health care magic forum.

I have gone through your query. You are most likely having iron deficiency anemia.

Do you had any recent history of blood loss like Gastro-intestinal bleeding from piles or excessive menstrual bleeding? In such cases also this occurs.
Other cause is intestinal condition leading to poor absorption of iron like parasitic infestation.
Full blood count and ESR should be taken to rule out any inflammatory process in body and signs of parasitic infection.
Worm eradication by anti helminthic drugs like albendazole and iron supplements will be helpful in recovering your condition.Nothing to worry.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Your level of hemoglobin is not that low.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for your follow up query.

Your level of hemoglobin is not that low. If it comes lower than 9 then there can be problems like poor oxygenation of tissues. So it can cause cardiac problems, loss of concentration as well as memory, dizziness, headache etc.

If you don't have any clinical signs then nothing to worry now. You can take iron supplements with vitamin C and folic acid. If anemia is not improving then better to consult a hematologist and do bone marrow biopsy.

Let me know if anything not clear. I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
