Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern.

Drops in O 2 saturation and recurrent Tuburculous pleural effusions is what most likely seems to be the problem your mother is facing.

If there is an underlying cardiac cause then Acute pulmonary edema could also be the cause of the fluid build up.
The Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) has been the gold standard for assessing the level of consciousness and prognosis in patients with significant brain injury.

The individual components are eye responses (eye opening and eye tracking), motor responses (responses to pain and following simple hand commands), brainstem reflexes (pupil, cornea, and cough reflexes), and respiration (breathing rhythm and respiratory drive in ventilated patients). There is devised a score which predicts the functional outcome of the patient based on these findings.

Co diovan is anti hypertensive and she is on antibiotics most probably for Pneumonia. You may upload her results to give you a better idea of what her condition is and what to expect.

Let me know if you have any query

wishing you best of health

Thanks
