Brief Answer:
replacements and sun exposure

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare Magic!
Low vitamin D is spreading in Asian countries like an epidemic.
It is due to shift out life styles from outdoor to indoor. It is a common cause of poor health and osteopenia.
Those people who have a poor sun light exposure develop this deficiency because vitamin D precursor is present in the skin that gets converted into bit.D when skin is exposed to sun light.
You should make sure you have sun exposure for at least half an hour each day.
In such a deficiency state you need supplement vitamin D in therapeutic doses to build up soon.
There are set regimens according to patient profile. Your local physician will evaluate you and will decide about it.
I hope the advise would be informative and useful for you.
