Brief Answer:
Please give more details

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have some questions regarding your situation.
- how low was your blood pressure - please provide the result of the measurement.
- please share the details about your treatment, including all antihypertensive drugs.
- did you have symptoms of faintness? Why did you measure your blood pressure?

Raising the blood pressure is not really possible at home. If you're taking any drugs for hypertension then altering the dosage may help. You can't eat or drink something and raise the blood pressure, at least not immediately. Drinking fluids may help only if you were dehydrated.
If your blood pressure is very low and you have symptoms, you should seek medical help at once, to investigate the cause and receive intravenous treatment.

Kind Regards!
