Brief Answer:
Evaluation for loss of libido is needed

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for posting the concern in HCM. As you have posted, you had teenage sexual relationship and now you have been suffering from loss of libido. You need a solution for that.
First, I would say teenage sexual relationship with multiple partners not only increases the risk of transmitting sexually transmitted infections but also affects mental health.
Therefore, first you need to rule out any STI and endocrinological or hormonal causes of loss of libido and get evaluated for functional loss of libido.
You need to have the following tests done -
1. Complete blood count, fasting sugar, TSH
2. LH/FSH level
3. Ultrasound scan of lower abdomen
If any of the reports come out as abnormal, further management will be needed for the same.
However, loss of libido at this early age is often functional and may be due to generalised anxiety disorder, depression etc. You need to consult a local psychiatrist as well for evaluation of the same.
For the time being, a healthy lifestyle and diet may help.
You should follow the below mentioned advice -
1. Healthy diet with restricted fat and oils. Avoid junk foods, carbonated beverages, smoking and alcohol.
2. Maintain good sleep hygiene. Bedtime should be fixed and sleep for 8hrs a day. In case there's any sleep problem, you need treatment for that.
3. Daily exercise and meditation are needed.
4. Avoid multiple sexual partners and unprotected intercourse.
All the above mentioned advice is applicable for your boyfriend as well. He also need to have the following tests done -
Complete blood count, fasting sugar, TSH, Serum testosterone.
Both of you should avoid intercourse for some time. You may start afresh after a month or so. Before that, both of you should consult a psychiatrist together.
You may write back with the results of the above mentioned tests.

Would that explain any pain or discomfort down there?

Brief Answer:
Cervicitis and PID need exclusion

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for posting again. If you have pain and discomfort over there, that is due to inflammation in the reproductive tract. That may be due to cervicitis or pelvic inflammatory disease or any form of reproductive tract infection. Immediate gynaecological evaluation is needed for that. Microbiological examination of the vaginal or cervical swab may also be needed.
If you have such symptoms, you should strictly avoid intercourse till cure.
Please consult your local gynaecologist as soon as possible.
If RTI (reproductive tract infection) is diagnosed, your boyfriend also needs to get evaluated in the nearest STI clinic.
Specific antibiotic treatment as per guidelines is needed.
In case you have any other questions, please write back. If you find this answer helpful, please close the thread and rate my answer.
