Brief Answer:
Clinical Examination, Course of medicines and investigations

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Thanks for your query.
I have read you history of the loose stool after few hours of eating for many days, going for 2 to 3 per day and stools are not loose, no pain, burning in abdomen sometimes, and taken Pentakind-D and Gaviscon.

The most probable cause of such symptoms is presence of some inflammatory process inside of the abdomen on a sub-clinical scale hence does not give other symptoms.

I would advise you the following in a chronological order to help you get a relief, diagnosis and complete cure:
First of all I would advise you a few investigations as taking the antibiotics would make it difficult to get an appropriate diagnosis as your symptoms are of a sub-clinical nature:
-Ultrasonography of the abdomen and preferably a CT scan of the abdomen.
-Investigations of the blood, urine and stool.

Secondly I would advise you to take a 5-day course of antibiotic and metronidazole, Anthelmintic (like Albendazole with Ivermectin on empty stomach -single dose), Probiotis, activated Charcoal tablets under the guidance and prescription of a Doctor, preferably a General Surgeon. He would also do a physical examination, which is very important giving a clinical diagnosis and guiding you for further and specific investigations other than I mentioned and treatment. Take plain Pentakind (not with D-Domperidone as is not needed) and Gaviscon only if there is burning sensation.

If the problem is minimal, this itself may be sufficient to cure you of the problem.

If there is no complete resolution and / or the investigations suggest for further medical or surgical treatment as may be needed as per the clinical examination and supportive investigations.

Please remember, Medical field is evidence-based and hence following a good clinical practice principles will lead to a proper diagnosis, treatment and cure.

I hope this answer helps you to get a proper diagnosis, and get a proper further treatment. Please feel free to ask for more or if you need further clarifications if you feel there is a gap of communication.

Brief Answer:
Get few more tests and medicines as advised.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your feedback.

It is good that the Hemogram and urine tests are normal. X-ray of the abdomen does not reveal too much of an information.

There has to be a reason of gas in the intestines.
Intestines do not go weak at your age, so please do not be carried away.
Please get the stool and ultrasonography of the abdomen and if possible a CT scan of the abdomen.
Ulcer or no ulcer can definitely be said only on Upper GI Endoscopy and Colonoscopy.

Medicines as already suggested. As some of the medicines are prescription based, your Medical storewala may not give you without a valid prescription. 5-day course of antibiotic like cefixime or oflaxacin and metronidazole, Anthelmintic (like Albendazole with Ivermectin on empty stomach -single dose), Probiotis, activated Charcoal tablets under the guidance and prescription of a Doctor should help you.

Take a full proper course.

Thanks .

Brief Answer:
Please undergo tests ...

Detailed Answer:
Great, this is the best decision to undergo the tests mentioned.

My dear friend, please try to understand that the prescriptions are not valid on the net and not allowed. It is my humble request to you to to consult a local Doctor to get a prescription.

If you need, you may also talk to me on phone by calling our Ibix office.
