Brief Answer:
Most probably nothing serious

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

ECG is not very specific to find out left ventricular hypertrophy, it has around 60% sensitivity and 60% specificity. It means that in some people it can show no hypertrophy, when there is a hypertrophy and in some people it shows hypertrophy when there is no hypertrophy. If he has no complaints and his doctor heard no heart murmur, don't worry, otherwise you should perform an echocardiography. It is more specific method to determine structural heart abnormalities.

Take care
