Brief Answer:
Suggestive of pinched nerve in the neck.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma'am, Hi
I can understand your concern.

The symptoms described in your history are suggestive of inflamed nerve due to compression in the cervical vertebra (neck bone).
I would advise you to kindly get examined by an orthopedic surgeon for further evaluation like X ray of the cervical spine (neck bones) or MRI scan to check the status of the bones and the nerves passing through their openings.
Meanwhile;
1. Take some NSAID pain killer like Aceclofenac along with Pantoprazole
2. Tab Mecobalmin or you may also need drugs like Gabapentin or Pregablin for the relief of pain due to inflamed nerves.
3. Avoid excessive forward bending of the neck
4. Avoid using soft pillows.
Hope the suggestions given above would be of great help.
Best wishes.

I had been to the general physician and was advised ECG & CT scan. CT scan results as calcified density in left TEMPORIAL Region. Hear the doctor suggests something else.

Brief Answer:
Kindly upload the report of CT scan

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma'am, Hi
Thanks for your kind reply.
I can understand your concern.

My analysis & suggestion was based on your problem of pain in the left upper limb from shoulder to the tip of finger. Since there were no associated symptoms given so I thought it may be due to a pinched nerve in the neck vertebra.

Kindly upload the result (conclusion) of the CT scan done.
Awaiting your reply.
Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
Calcified density is suggestive of granuloma.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma'am,
Good afternoon.
Thanks for your reply.

Calcified density of the brain is suggestive of granuloma (a localized area of inflammation) which may be due some infection (like tuberculosis, meningitis, encephalitis, or worm infestations like cysticercosis), autoimmune disorders (like amyloidosis, rheumatoid disorders, multiple sclerosis) vascular problem like atherosclerosis, trauma or injury to the brain, stroke which may have caused reduced blood supply to that particular area of the brain. It can also be due to a brain tumor.
As a granuloma becomes old, it gets calcified which indicates that it has been there since a long time. This is a natural process. It is a space occupying lesion in the brain, there are chances that it may press upon the adjoining tissues to produce symptoms.

In view of the above explanation, I therefore advise you to consult a neurologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Hope this answers your query.
Wishing you best of your health.
