Question: Monday i started with pain and swelling on left cheek bone..over the week it has turned into a painful burning pain on left side around outside of eye and extreme pain in corner of eye, now across my forehead and left side of face to shoulder. Brief Answer:
Probably sinusitis. Get an X-ray for evaluation and treatment!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have reviewed your information fully. This is suggestive of an inflammation of the air spaces of the bones of the face. I will recommend that you get an x-ray to confirm the diagnosis and treat with antibiotics. For pains, continue with motrin and Tylenol. S primary care doctor should be able to handle this conveniently.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.
