Should I go to the ER. XXXXXXX
Should I go to the ER. XXXXXXX
Brief Answer:
If other symptoms are present,seeER
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
Well, it looks like intercostal nerve pinched,or intercostal muscle pulling. If this is aggravated by movement then this is most likely of neuro muscular origin. In this case it should improve on non-steroid painkillers, warm compress, rest and some sedative medication such as benzodiazepine. However, if there is associated pain in chest, breathing difficulties, dizziness or sensation disorders in arms, you should see ER to do some tests.
Wish you good health. Regards
