Question: Hi doctor
Hope you're doing great!

Before a month I faced some health issues like stool in poop, Pain in left side of stomach and the bowl moment was very frequent. It was not even diarriah coz the poop sometimes was hard and sometimes semi liquid with red dots of blood sometimes. Then I consulted a gastrolagist whom according to it was a infection in the large intestines.
He gave me few mediceans and told me to have patience it will go.
I took a leave from my work and went to native. Everything was going fine.
I came back before a weak or so. And after reaching back a soft type of vibration started in my aboman. Most of the times it will be in my left side. Poop is semi liquid. Sometimes I feel it's disarrah sometimes not. Bowl movements are frequent 3-4 times a day and in a semi liquid form. Sometimes I feel like my stomach is not able to digest the food coz my poop looks like Unchewd food..
I'm working in a night shift due to which I'm not able to eat food on time. Sometimes I skip lunch dinner or breakfast.

Please let me know what precautions to take and what needs be done

Thanks

Brief Answer:
I think it is the night shift and irregular hours that are affecting you.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome to HCM,
Yes I am doing great.

I think it is the night shift and irregular hours that are affecting your digestion.
Since you have been seen by a gastroenterologist, it cannot be anything serious.

I will suggest the following---

Even if your eating hours are irregular, make sure you take some cookies/crackers/fruit in between so that the stomach is never fully empty and subjected to acid secretion.

Try a digestive enzyme preparation plus antacid twice a day before meals continuously for three months.

Get three stool examinations on three consecutive days to rule out worm infestation and revert back.

Regards
