Suggest Treatment For Leaky And Fallen Bladder

Question: I had a complete Histormeticr about 14 yrs ago I use estrogen salve after my bath each day. That helps some. My Major problem, now that I have a leaking and a fallen bladder. I was checked by a endrocrouniglist and was about to have surgery. My Cancer doctor talked like he would fix me this year, He checked me last year and talked like he would do the work. I am 83 years old. My question is who is the best qualified to do the repair work. Of course I like my doctor who did the original surgery best. I have to wear a pad all day and night and have some discomfort from that. Thank You

The first Doctor was a urologist who I hadn't met before the last Doctor was my
Endocrinologist who did my cancer surgery and removed all my female organs
