Suggest Treatment For Labyrinthitis, Extreme Fatigue, Vertigo And Dizziness

Question: Hello,
I recently saw my GP and ENT for some labrynthitis and extreme fatigue i was experiencing. My symptoms have greatly improved for the most part with minor bouts of vertigo/dizziness. Artificial lighting seems to have a poor effect on my symptoms. However, my question relates to some residual arm pain and tightness i have in my left arm. It extends from the corner of my left pectoral/arm pit through my shoulder and sometimes into my fingertips in very mild tingles. I have accepted that this is most likely due to anxiety as my other exams revealed a fairly normal rombergs test. My ENT stated he believed I was neurologically, "sound." However, I would like to confirm that this is due to anxiety and nothing more serious as it has only presented itself as my other symptoms slowly resolve. Likewise, I was wondering if there were any suggestions to eliminate this pain.
Thank You!

Brief Answer:
Examination of cardiovascular system required

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
Pain in left arm radiating to left hand and fingertips is most probably due to neurological cause.
However, since the neurological disorder is ruled out, examination of the cardiovascular system is required.
Cardiovascular pain can also cause pain in left shoulder and thus radiate to the left hand and fingertips.
Thus, consult your physician for clinical assessment and thus management.

Thanks and take care
