Brief Answer:
See for sensation and movements

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

After going through your query I concluded that you got knife cut on hand below thumb accidentally. You are thinking that it has gone up to the bone. You have managed to stop bleeding. The wound will heal naturally. Analgesic such as ibuprofen is required for pain relief. Vitamin B and C promote healing. Povidine iodine (Betadine) is useful for local application.
You need not to worry about bone.

There are two reasons two worry:-
1. If movements of thumb and fingers are normal, then tendons are intact.
2. If sensation over thumb and fingers are normal then nerves are intact.
If these are not normal then In these two conditions you need to visit Doctor. You can discuss with your Doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to me.I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health. Take care.
