Brief Answer:
Needs investigations to find cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
Pain in the knee at your age can be due to stress related minor capsular inflammation or decreased joint lubricants or a muscle pull or an injury in the area.
The coldness of the left foot can be due to decreased circulation due to standing for long hours or low vitamin B 12 levels. A direct examination and a few investigations will help in detecting the exact cause.
I hope this answers your query.

Inflammation likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
If there is a history of swelling of the knee then the pain is likely to be due to an inflammation. You can do a hot compress in the area for a temporary re;lief.

Answered by Dr. Dr. Praveen Tayal (2 hours later)
Brief Answer:
DVT not likely.

Detailed Answer:
If the other knee is also affected then age related osteoarthritis might be the cause. Blood clot is very unlikely. Still if the pain and swelling increases then it is best to consult your physician for investigations.
Regards.
