Brief Answer:
Might require Lithotrypsy, take plenty of water, consult uriologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, XXXX,
Thanks for posting query.
Read your ultra sound abdomen report.
There are multiple stones in one your right kidney and one out of three stones is quite in big size.
One stone in left kidney is 6 mm size which is quite big as well.
In my opinion these stones might require Lithotrypsy procedure as they may not pass through urine.
Other stones might come out with urination or with IV fluids.
I advice to go for Blood uric acid for having these stones of uric acid and then it might dissolve if taken treatment for uric acid.
Consult Urologist and get examined in time so that further increase in size of these stones can be stopped.
Is is good that kidney structure is well maintained and other post effects of stones are not disturbed.
Meanwhile continue with Cystone medicine.
Take plenty of water.
Avoid taking green vegetables etc.
I hope, I answered your query.
If you have further query or clarification, please write back.
Ok and wish you speedy recovery.
