Question: Hi, I'm getting itching on my legs and if I rub using hand getting wounds .
I usually work by siting and no physical exercise .

Thanks for the photograph.

It is looking like eczema.
I treat such cases with mild steroid cream like fluticasone.

It gives good response within a week.

You can try this in consultation with your doctor.

Also take an antihistamine tablet. Cetrizine tabs are available Over The Counter in most places.
This will help in controlling itch.
