Brief Answer:
Upload the picture and provide additional information

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM
I have gone through your query.

It is difficult to say what it is without examination, I would suggest you to upload the picture of it, to provide you with specific advice.

I would like to know, are you diabetic, if not kindly get a random blood sugar investigation done. Complete blood count to rule out any infection.

I would suggest you not to itch or scratch the affected area. Apply calamine lotion with alovera, take over the counter antihistamine like ceterizine to address itching.

Get back to us with picture and additional information, to help you out.

Hope this helps.
Take care.
