Its on the left hand side in red , im afraid thats herpes
Brief Answer:
This is unlikely to be herpes..Maybe an infected hair follicle.
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I have reviewed the image and the information provided. This is not typical of herpes. Maybe suggestive of a hair follicle infection. Herpes presents with an initial outbreak that has several sores. This heals and recur with minor episodes. This is not similar to your story and the appearance of the pimple is not suggestive if herpes.
If you have real phobia about herpes, I will suggest you run a test to be very certain of what the exact response is However, your information and pictures do not support this.
I will also suggest that you adopt the habit of cleansing the anus with a moist wipe. This would ensure that it is very clean and minimize the chances of any possible infections from irritation and maceration by fecal particles.
I hope this helps. Am available to respond to more concerns if need be. Thanks for using our services.

Brief Answer:
Okay, to settle doubts, lets get a herpes test!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the follow up question and information.
Your clinical symptoms and the presentation is not very typical. However, we cannot completely rule out herpes. Though it is not very plausible to me, it remain a worry to deal with on your mind. I will recommend a one time test for herpes. This would provide the definite answer and we would be certain about what we are dealing with.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more related questions if need be.
