Question: I've been having sex with my boyfriend recently and afterwards my clitoris and the area around it has become itchy and there is a yellowish, odorless discharge around it. Do I have a yeast infection or STD?

I am happy that,you have opted for expert opinion rather than going for OTC.

Itching and excessive discharge following sexual exposure is suggestive of STD.
Yeast infection(vaginal candidiasis) usually causes severe itching along with a curd like white discharge.Yellowish discharge is usually seen in STDs caused by bacterial infections.A vaginal examination will help to distinguish between them.

So it is better to see a gynecologist for a local examination,so that we can have the correct diagnosis and treat accordingly,as treatment is entirely different for candidiasis and bacterial infections.
Meanwhile,avoid further unprotected sex till the issue is resolved.
