Question: I am 28 years old and have been suffering from a very severe Itching around thighs near private parts and the skin is turning dark black and spreading, same time in morning i can see skin turns white kind of fungal infection, as I start itching it slowly disappears am very uncomfortable with this situation. Tried Using medicines like Quadridrum RF cream it but only for few days.

Thank you for posting on HCM
From your description, it seems you have got Tinea cruris and corporis, a sort of fungal skin infection.
I would recommend you consult a dermatologist for proper management.
I generally recommend proper course of oral antifungal drug like itraconazole 200mg once daily for 10-15 days along with local application of sertaconazole or luliconazole cream over affected areas for 4 weeks.
Sprinkle clotrimazole/ sertaconazole dusting powder over affected areas everytime before going outdoors.
Take oral antihistaminics for itching as required.
Maintain hygiene and avoid tight undergarments.
