Suggest Treatment For Irritation In The Urethra

22 white male
6 foot
65 kg
Im worried about some urethra irritation and some red marks that appeared along the creases in the glans
Inky visible in certain lights so i might be imagining things based on a trick form the shadow
Maybe not
Been in a monogomous relationship for 2 years that recently ended
During this id been tested for every std
All negative
Relationship recently ended and i was with a new partner protected but not for oral
Very stupid i know
Im very worried about herpes so id apreciate yoir opinion on that
Theres no pain at all
Ive had many problems in this area before
All woth no cause found
My uncle has reiters syndrome

These marks are simply tiny blood vessels which are visible due to thin skin of this region.
No need to worry as it is not herpes or any other STD.

Not when urinating though, that is still ok
Does this change your diagnosis at all?
I revcently moved somewhere hot from somewhere cold

The skin findings are normal.
Slight Burning in the urethra can be due to change in weather.
You should increase your fluid intake and this should help but if the irritation still persists go for urinalysis.

Do you know anything about reiters syndrome?
My uncle has it and i know it can cause utis and genital lesions
I havent had any joint pain though
Although die to my long history if these problems with no obvious cause and countless megative urinalysis results
Could this be the culprit?

It can't be reiter's disease as joint involvement is must for the diagnosis of reiter's disease to be made.
Other symptoms are urethritis which is symptomatic with urethral discharge or blood in urine, conjunctivitis, painless oral ulcers and specific skin lesions.
Your symptoms don't coincide with that of reiter's disease.
So no need to worry.

Can you tjink of any reason why i might be so prone ro getting tjese infections? If indeed they are infections
Its supposed i be rare for men but i get them all the time
