Brief Answer:
Seems to be sinusitis, needs evaluation.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having cough.

As per your clinical details, it appears to be acute sinusitis where sinus secretions can trickle into back of the throat, and induce cough with wheeze. I suggest you to consult ent surgeon and get detailed ENT examination (sinusitis), if necessary laryngoscopy ( depth of throat and voice box involvement ). Further treatment can be started according to the findings.

Meantime, you can start steam inhalation for easy sinus secretions drainage.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
