Brief Answer:
peptic ulcer disease or irritable bowel syndrome.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcare magic. Thank you for posting your query. I can understand your concern.

It is difficult to make a diagnosis without actually examining you. There are possibilities that you could be having irritable bowel syndrome or reflux disease or peptic ulcer disease - to name a few.

I would suggest you to -

- Avoid oily, spicy food
- I would start tablet pantoprazole and tablet drotin - this will reduce the symptoms.
- Get a blood hemoglobin done - to look for occult blood loss from an ulcer
- Continue with other medicines
- Get an abdominal ultrasound done and an upper GI endoscopy done - to clinch the diagnosis.

Do not worry.

Visit a gastroenterologist. He/she can examine and correlate clinically.

Hope this helps.
