Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods

Question: Hello, My age is 46 and I have been diagnosed as 'perimenopausal' last XXXXXXX since I have been having irregular periods since I was 42. My mother too reached her menopause around the age of 45 and hence after a complete checkup and hearing my history, my gynaec had given this diagnosis.
Now my questions is this - I have a religious function on 21st / 22nd XXXXXXX which I have to perform and it is once again nearly 90 days since my last periods. Can you suggest some medication to help me go through the function without any worries? Thanks!

Take tablet Deviry 10 mg twice a day from today for 5 days.

After stopping it you will get period within 7 days.

So if you start today you will get periods by 12th XXXXXXX and will be clean before 21st XXXXXXX .
