IBS is likely based on your description

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Your descriptions indicates IBS. Symptoms of Irritable bowel syndrome can include Heart burn, abdominal pain and cramping with a common association with bowel movements i.e relieved upon passing stool or flatus. There can be alternating diarrhea and constipation or predominantly diarrhea or constipation related IBS.

Eucarbon combination medication has shown good results. It is a mild laxative with detoxifying properties. Eucarbon contains
Vegetable charcoal
Folium Sennae
Rhurab root
Essential mint oils and fennel oils

Sucralfate 1 g bd along with Rifaximin can also be advised to see for empiric improvement. PPI like Esomeprazole and a prokinetic like metoclopramide can be taken for associated bloating/GERD/Dyspepsia. Mebeverine is usually prescribed for spasmodic pain episodes.

Celiac disease and Lactose intolerance should be worked up before starting treatment for IBS. Ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis can be advised to look for possible causes of the abdominal fullness or bloating other than the above.

Life style changes including taking a High fiber diet, stress management and reduction techniques, avoiding or reducing caffeinated beverages and alcohol intake can also help.

Wishing you best of health
