Question: Hi,
1. I sprained my left shoulder about 2 months ago. (I think it happened while stretching arm while putting jacket in a hurry. )
2. Over last two months, there has been pain on and off, especially when raising arm while putting on jacket, shirt etc.
3. Hot pack, lotions seem to reduce it, but it is not going away.
4. Hand movement is restricted, thoughh I can lift weight in other positions, I can't do push-ups for example.
5. The focus of pain seems to shift . Sometimes it is tip of the shoulder, sometime a few inches down in biceps.
